Friday Roundup #18

I don’t think that I need to say it yet again, because you’ve probably heard. But anyway, Christopher and I are on the road with the rest of our family going out West to see various sites. Today, we arrived at Mt. Rushmore! The view is amazing! I could go on all day about it, but it’s my duty, as always, to stay focused and roundup the best posts of the week!

2. A Church Family (Christopher)Your Church Family is a big part of your life as a Christian. As you mature and grow older, you will need people to walk you through the hard times that are going to come your way. Be sincere and open with them, and I think that you’ll notice a difference in your walk with Christ.

1. Redeemed, How I Love to Proclaim it!What a great feeling it is, being a Christian. Being a child of God. Being redeemed from your sins and selfish ways. I know I’m loving it, and I’m pretty sure that you are, too. So why not proclaim it to the world?

QOTW: “We could do nothing to free ourselves. We couldn’t earn God’s grace or salvation.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.’ -Ephesians 2-8-9″

That’s all for this week! Have a great weekend!

~ Collin

Howdy! I’m Collin, 16 years old, and a homeschooled junior. I play the piano, ukulele, and many sports. I’m far from perfect, and that’s why I love to share (through this blog) what God is showing me in His word. Although I have many favorite Bible verses, if I had to choose one it would be Romans 12:12, Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” I believe that prayer is the most powerful tool we are given as Christians and it should not be taken for granted. Toodles!
