Hello, again! My goal in February is to discuss love. The love that God has had for us, since the beginning. This week’s song review is a song by Tenth Avenue North, a great band with great songs. This song is called “Love is Here”, here goes nothing:
Great song, right?
“Love is here
Love is now
Love is pouring from His hands, from His brow
Love is near it satisfies
Streams of mercy flowing from His side, yeah
And to the bruised and fallen
Captives bound and brokenhearted
He is the Lord, He is the Lord, yeah
By His stripes He’s paid our ransom
From His wounds we drink salvation
He is the Lord, He is the Lord”
Jesus loves us. That’s the fact of the matter. He died, blood pouring from his hands and his side, for you and for me. He died so we could live for eternity. Live eternally with Him in Heaven. But we have a choice, will we continue in our sin, and live an eternity separated from Him? Or will we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior and spend eternity with Him?
I’ve made my choice. What’s yours?
Until next time?
